I’m Nadine Nieves, the founder of Zen Methodology, a mindfulness-based approach that’s designed to help sales professionals achieve peak performance without burnout. 

After years of working (still am) in high-pressure sales environments, I discovered that success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about mental resilience, focus, and intentional recovery.

As a top-performing AE in the tech industry, I’ve consistently exceeded my quotas, but I’ve also experienced firsthand the toll of stress, rejection, and the relentless pressure (from all angles– leadership, customers, and ~myself~). It wasn’t until I integrated mindfulness, breathwork, and intentional mindset shifts into my daily routine that everything changed. I went from operating on stress-fueled urgency (aka survival-mode) to closing deals with clarity, confidence, and ease.

This transformation inspired me to create Zen Methodology—a structured system that empowers sales professionals to break free from burnout, detach from quotas, and build a sustainable, high-performance mindset. Through mindfulness training, guided meditations, and intentional recovery techniques, I help sales teams and individuals unlock their full potential, not just in sales, but in life.
